Do I need to download or install any software?

No, Streamgineer® runs completely from an online website and you don’t need to download or/and install any plug-ins to your browser.

Can I access Streamgineer® from my tablet?

Yes. Streamgineer® can be launched from any supported browser and any device, such as tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

Can I use Streamgineer from any browser?

Streamgineer® supports: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. (Internet Explorer is not supported)

Is my user access tied to a particular computer or device?

No. Your user name can be used from any device. However you can only use your user name with one device at any given time.

Can I modify the DWG files?

Yes, you can edit the DWG files produced. Just download the file and modify it like any other DWG file.

Can I use my company drawing templates?

Yes. Streamgineer® is fully customizable to include your own company templates in the design output.

How long do you take to configure a product for my company?

Configuration of the product depends on its complexity. On average it takes four to six weeks to fully configure a product.

How long does it take to get a design or estimate output from Streamgineer®?

Most outputs are produced in less than 2 minutes. On average, it takes 1 to 2 minutes to generate.
